Turbine Flow Meter and Switches

Turbine flow meters measure the velocity of a liquid passing through the meter by the rotational speed of a turbine rotor. This type of meter is suitable for measuring the flow of low-viscosity liquids.

The design of turbine flow meters allows for minimal pressure drop across the meter. Despite their mechanical nature, modern turbine meters are designed for durability and low maintenance, with some models incorporating electronic enhancements for improved performance and diagnostic capabilities.
