The NCB general purpose magnetic float level switches for liquids use a hermetically sealed reed contact actuated by a magnet in the NBR float. As the float rises and falls, the magnetic field causes the SPST switch inside the stem to open or close. The NCB Series magnetic float level switches are designed for top mounting in the tank but are also available in a bent-stem version for sidewall mounting. The float switches will operate normally with up to a 30 degree tilt from vertical. The single-point switches are field selectable from the standard normally open (N/O) to normally closed (N/C) switch operation simply by removing the retaining ring and inverting the float. The NCB, with NBR floats, come standard with either brass or st. steel stems and 24" lead wires.
